Kvareli district hospital worked in an emergency mode during the whole night. Thirty people with iIntoxication symptoms were brought to the hospital with a few minutes intervals.

Most of the patients are children living in the villages of Chikaani, Saruso and Gavazi of Kvareli region.

Three children also being treated in the hospital in Telavi. The cause of the tragedy is allegedly drinking water.

 Water samples have been taken and the answers are likely to be known during the day.
