Director General of Rustavi 2 said that TV company`s property seizure decision will be appealed in the Court . Rustavi 2 -owned cars were seized by the Georgia’s National Bureau of Enforcement on the basis of Kibar Khalvashi"s complaint.

The ex-owner of Rustavi 2, Georgian businessmanKibar Khalvashi announced via his attorneys that he initiates the lawsuit against the present shareholders of the company.

"Rustavi 2 case is existentially important for Georgian democracy. Therefore, any judge who signs the illegal decision on Rustavi 2"s case, will be signing their own professional death sentence, so I would not recommend anyoneto do that,"- said Nika Gvaramia
