The City Court has received into proceedings the appeal against the Rustavi 2. The information was confirmed to Rustavi 2 by the Court .

Kibar Khalvashi filed a lawsuit on teh restitution of shares a few days ago. The judge has seized the station"s property based on businessman"s complaint. It is not known when the preparatory meeting will be held.
