Rustavi-2 filed a counter-claima against Kibar Khalvashiin the City Court a few minutes ago.
"The lawsuit is about two issues - this is the copyrights of the current logo, which is Rustavi 2``s and has nothing to do with Kibar Khalvashi and the second part regards the copyrights of the international project which belong to international companies and therefore Rustavi 2can not be a defendant , "- says Rustavi 2 lawyer, Tamta Muradashvili.

Rustavi 2"s lawyers hope that the court will make a fair decision and the plaintiff"s demands will not be met.
