External Merchandise Trade of Georgia amounted to USD 19 043.0 million in 2022

External Merchandise Trade (excluding non-declared trade) of Georgia amounted to USD 19 043.0 million in 2022, 32.8 percent higher year-on-year. The value of export increased by 31.8 percent reaching USD 5 592.8 million, while the import increased by 33.2 percent and amounted to USD 13 450.1 million, reads the report of GeoStat.

The trade deficit equaled USD 7 857.3 million and its share in trade turnover constituted 41.3 percent.
