Odessa police chief was detained for taking a bribe of 20 thousand US dollars.

As governor of Odessa said , the Police of Odessa has been an organized criminal syndicate till now, That"s why completely new qualified cadres are needed.

" At this stage we are working with the Ministry of Internal Affairs on formation of a new , special department , which will work on corruption,"- Mikheil Saakashvili stated.
