A Chairman of the Constitutional Court visited Merab Turava at the hospital. Giorgi Papuashvili made no comments,  However, the  agency of constitutional control released a statement where is said that  Turava will be able to sign a decision according to his  whereabouts.

In a letter is mentioned a possibility of violation and is explained that the judge refused to sign the decision for several times yesterday and named contradictory reasons.
