First graders who went to private school, will not be able to continue their studies in public schools .

According to the decision of the Ministry of education, the so-called Mobility will be possible only in exceptional cases.

Tamar Sanikidze`s decision has been followed by a critical assessment of the NGOs.

Third Sector does not rule out personal interest and danger of nepotism in the Minister"s decisions.
