The investigation Department of the Finance Ministry states that  Geocell has already paid 2 million GEL to the budget, because the investigation on the case of tax evasion charges was completed.

Geocell representatives stated that they have appealed to   the Tax appeals council , but remains unknown, if this funds will be returned to the company.
