The rally was held last night in 23 Pekin street. Local residents protested against privatization of kindergarten and the possible construction of a new high rise building in its place .

The rally was attended by the independent member of the City Council, Aleko Elisashvili. He said that the negotiations between the City Hall and the construction company "Elzuro" should be completed within next two days .

"Construction will not start here, it is out of the question, and not a single tree will be cut down. It"s time for the corrupt deputy interior minister, Gamezardashvili took a decision and his company "Elzuro" left this place, "- said Alexander Elisashvili.

The Residents accuse the administration of the city of document forgery.
