Tbilis City Court seized the shares of the LLC Rustavi 2TV company. LLC Georgia owns with 51 percent of the Rustavi 2 TV company shares.

At the press conference Khalvashi`s lawyer, Paata Salia said, that it was planned to sell Rustavi 2 TV company"shares . In particular, according to the lawyer, the Karamanashvili brothers filed a request in the Public Registry on September 29, according to which the shares of LLC "Georgia" would be transferred to Kezerashvili"s brother-in-law, Dimitri Chikovani .

According to the attorney, this fact proves that the chain of fictitious transactions with the aim of creating additional barriers for Kibar Khalvashi to get back Rustavi 2 TV"s shares is continued

"This transaction has several objectives: First it was the so-called bona fide transfer of the shares, while the second and most important goal was to load Rustavi 2 TV with financial liabilities ", - Paata Salia said.
