NGOs and experts comment on the recent developments . Nino Lomjaria , an Executive Director of  the NGO  Fair Elections and Democracy  believes that if the process continues, it will be the government"s responsibility.

" We don"t see that the court  is guided by the complete neutrality and objectivity principles," - said Nino Lomjaria.

Executive Director of the Charter of Journalistic Ethics of Georgia    stated that the process hinders the work of the broadcasting company.

" This is alarming,"- Tamar Rukhadze said.
