The City Court has appointed the hearing on the case of Rustavi2 for tomorrow at 12:00. The Judge Urtmelidze refused to take into account Rustavi2"s request and appoint the hearing on October 19.

The reason why the Rustavi 2 demanded to postpone the hearing are that the Director General of the Broadcasting company was in a business trip and the lawyer is on vacation in Austria.

" I expect that the judge will satisfy Kibar Khalvashi"s request. I think that I am qualified as a lawyer and I think this claim is nonsense.

The hearing is appointed for tomorrow. I am on a business trip, I have to meet the diplomats and going to regions. Our lawyer is having vacations in Austria. We asked the Judge Urtmelidze to postpone the hearing, but he appointed it for October 2.

If he will hold a process tomorrow, " I promise that after the change of the government it will be impossible for him to exercise his authority as a judge,"- said Nika Gvaramia.
