" The United States strongly supports the independence of the media and freedom of opinion and attaches great importance to it", - said Ian Kelly, the US Ambassador to Georgia.

"I do not want to see a limited  pluralistic media environment . We monitor the situation and ask questions. We had meetings with the Ministers and MPs. We are closely watching the developments and I am glad that Rustavi2 is on air,"- said Ian Kelly.
