Traffic is still restricted in several streets of Kobuleti. Heavy rain paralyzed half city.

Batumi Kobuleti highway was temporarily blocked .

The rescuers from different regions have saved locals from the flooded houses.

Heavy rains causes power outage . Water reached the power plant. 14 thousand customers are left without power at the moment.
