Liana Isakadze, Georgian prominent violinist, organizer of Nights Serenades [a classic music festival], died at the age of 78, the family members reported on Facebook.

“Liana Isakadze is one of the outstanding violinists of our time. She belonged to prodigies, she became a violinist at the age of three.

Her performance is distinguished by artistry, deep musicality, and virtuosity”, - reads the statement.
