A Chairman of Georgian Bar Association commented on Tamaz Urtmelidze"s mother"s case. According to him, judge Urtmelidze can recuse the case.

" Maybe the Judge Urtmelidze will not violate the law, but because of a huge public protest he can recuse this case according to law and show the society that he has not interested in this case. If Tamaz Urtmelidze, the Judge with such experience will not recuse this case, it will be the wrong decision,"- said Zaza Khatiashvili.
