Rustavi 2 lawyers will file the motion on judge recusal once again.

According to the lawyer, the proceedings from the beginning showed judge`s partiality, which became the reason of distrust.

The defence responded to the possibility of Okruashvili`s involvement in the case. which will confirm that Khalvashi is not a good faith buyer.
