Litigation of "KazTransGaz" and the state - the company demands restitution of investments from Georgian side

The inter-governmental Commission will discuss the litigation between " KazTransGaz" and Georgia . The official Georgian delegation will visit Astana in November.

The company demands restitution of investments from Georgian side. According to the Kazakh side, 130 million USD had been invested in development of gas supply in 2006-2009 years.

The Finance minister reminded to the company the debt of oil and gas corporation.

According to experts, the government wants to replace the Kazakh company with Russian Gazprom.
