Kakha Gabunia was detained during the rally in support of Rustavi2 in Kutaisi. His wife believes that her husband is an illegal prisoner.

The member of Free Zone was arrested on October 3 at home , when he was with his family. Kakha Gabunia was charged for verbal and physical abuse of the MP . The Detainee may be sentenced to 4 to 7 years in prison.

Two other members of Free Zone have also been detained in Kutaisi with the similar charges, Mirian Deisadze"s and Nika Darsia"s family members believe that young people were arrested for political reasons. Deisadze participated in a war in 2008 and was serving in Iraq.

Demonstration of solidarity was held in front of the parliament today. Free Zone protested against the pressure on media and detainment of the members of organization.

According to the decision of the judge the detainees remain in pre-trial detention.
