In a scandalous 20-page report, sent by Telasi employees to Russia, Judge Urtmelidze is also mentioned.  Authors of the letter  state that Tamaz Urtmelidze is involved in a corrupt deal and a footage of a meeting proves the information.

The scandalous document says that The Head of Telasi"s Legal Department - Davit Doijashvili was involved in a corrupt deals. According to the letter, Doijashvili  intentionally loses the cases in the court and  winning side pays him, instead of the company. As the authors of the letter say, Judge Tamaz Urtmelidze is a party of the criminal scheme.

The letter says that the footage proves that Davit Doijashvili and Tamaz Urtmelidze had a meeting. If the fact will be conformed, it will appear that the judge had violated the law with having illegal communication with one of sides.

 Judge Urtmelidze, who reviews the case , knows Davit Doijashvili.  With the assistance of Judge Urtmelidze and the Secretary of the sitting- Khubitia, Doijashvili lost  deliberately lost the dispute of Telasi with Georgian Water and Power and lost 2 million 24 thousand 237 GEL, - it"s not the only episode of the scandalous letter , where Judge Urtmelidze is mentioned.

The authors of the letter claim that currently Urmelidze reviews the claim of the former Commercial Director of Telasi- Davit Kartvelishvili against the company. He demands  reinstatement and   half a million GEL as  compensation. According to the letter Doijashvili has already met Judge Urtmelidze personally before the trial and it can be proved with evidences.

The former Commercial Director refuses to comment on this issue with Rustavi2.

A confidential source handed the scandalous letter to Rusdtavi2. It is dated back to 21st September, 2015.
