11:30 The Judge refused to satisfy the Lawyer"s motion and let the Director General of Rustavi2 to attend the hearing.

12:12 Judge Urtmelidze porsponed the hearing till October 30. He satisfied Rustavi2"s motion , who asked for time to consider the recording of the   interrogation.

11:50 Shalva Ivanashvili, the only witness of Rustavi2 case was questioned. He said that he has no questions on credibility of documents  represented by Kibar Khalvashi for an examination. He also underlined that Khalvashi"s lawyers have represented only two out of eight requested documents.

He was asked, why he requested six other documents, if they were not needed, or why he decided to start examination without all documents, Shalva Ivanashvili stated that even if he would  request, the claimant wouldn"t represent all documents.
