Judge Urtmelidze expelled Nika Gvaramia from the court room a few minutes ago.  A Director General of Rustavi2 has assessed the developments.

" For the judge my presence was not necessary, because  I create discomfort for him. It seems that the whole free media is a big inconvenience for him.  He is representing Bidzina Ivanishvili. The problem is that he hasn"t satisfied any motion, refused to take the evidences and said that we have no right to conduct an examination.

I worked as a lawyer and  have never encountered such a case, when the motion was not satisfied and a procedural norm was not reffered.  We don"t have a judge. We have a supervisor, who makes his own  decisions,"- said Nika Gvaramia.
