According to Judge Tamaz Urtmelidze`s decision, the hearing on Rustavi 2 case will be renewed on October 22. The process is expected to resume on Thursday at 10 a.m. with the questioning of the only witness.

We are talking about the plaintiff"s expert, who established the market value of Kibar Khalvashi`s shares at the time of purchase. Rustavi 2"s lawyers did not rule out the possibility that the judgeI will declare the verdict on 22 October.

Kibar Khalvashi"s lawyer said that they had enough arguments to win the dispute . Rustavi 2"s lawyers said that the judge`s actions did not fit within any framework, and was beyond the legal space.

"Rustavi 2 and its current owners`s case is absolutely solid legally . We would have proved the truth. What the judge did does not fit within any framework. It was a formality, in which we were forced to take part. I have no doubt that the people who are committing a criminal offense today , shall be liable for it , and Rustavi 2 will maintain the freedom, "- said the attorney Zaza Bibilashvili.

Yesterday"s trial lasted for 7 hours. Rustavi 2"s lawyers applied with motions several times, but none of them was satisfied.
