Lado Papava refuses to resign, students threaten with hunger strike

A confrontation at the office of the Tbilisi State University"s rector is over. The Students gave five hours to Lado Papava for resignation. He has to make a decision till 22:00.

Ladio Papava says that his resignation will damage the University and refuses the resignation.

Students invaded into the rector"s office demanding his resignation a few hours ago..

They say that the rector doesn"t take care on their and infrastructural problems, bureaucracy has increased. The tenders are held biased.
