Rustavi2 received a scandalous document a few minutes ago. The document says that after selling RUstavi2"s shares Kibar Khalbashi bought shares of TV company "Maestro."

Kibar Khalvashi bought 50 % of Rustavi Media"s shares for 200 thousand USD from Erosi Kitsmarishvili in Paris in March of 2010.

After the deal neither Erosi Kitsmarishvili, nor Kibar Khalvashi were allowed to sell the shares.

According to the contract, Kibar Khalvashi had to invest in the company. His ownership coincides with the company"s problematic period.

Maestro had financial problems, the broadcasting was restricted.

Journalists of Rustavi2 study the documents and will release an additional information.
