The prosecutor"s office issued a statement by the end of the day in regards with Rustavi 2 Director General"s statement.

A statement issued by the Prosecutor"s Office stated that on the basis of the public statement the investigation into the fact of duress against Nika Gvaramia has been started.
The text states that the investigators summoned Gvaramia to the office yesterday, but due to the fact that the head of the station was not able to come to the prosecutor"s office, his interrogation as witness , has been postponed for 12 o"clock today.
