Nino Burjanadze sees signs of political interference in the events around Rustavi 2. According to her, the National Movement took advantage of the situation.

She also evaluated the President"s statement and called it excessive.

""Instead of fulfilling arbitrator`s function, the President turned out to be a side, the side not of Rustavi 2 and of the freedom of speech, but of the National Movement Party.
