Gia Khukhashvili commented on the recent developments in regard to Rustavi2.  he underlined that the Judges decision- to reject recusation of the case is unbelievable.

"The process is not finished yet, the risks are high, this is a very sensitive issue and everyone should be accurate.  I don"t understand why is he stubborn and why he refuses from self-recusation. This would be a way out for him and the only way to deescalate the situation,"- said Gia Khukhashvili.
