"Rustavi 2" Lawyers filed a law suit in the Constitutional Court

Another claim on behalf of the lawyers of Rustavi 2 has been filed in the Constitutional Court. Lawyers of teh Broadcasting Company are demanding the abolition of the articles which provide for immediate enforcement of the verdict.

Rustavi 2"s lawyers believe that the articles of ProcedureCode are at odds with the Constitution which is why they are not allowed to enjoy the constitutionally granted right to a fair trial.
