When Constitutional Court takes decision on Rustavi 2 case is not yet known

The decision of the Constitutional Court regarding the appeal of Rustavi 2 is not known yet. The term is not defined by law.

Lawyers of teh Broadcasting Company are demanding the abolition of the articles which provide for immediate enforcement of the verdict.

Rustavi 2"s lawyers believe that the articles of Procedure Code are at odds with the Constitution which is why they are not allowed to enjoy the constitutionally granted right to a fair trial

Tomorrow at 10 am the hearing will be renewed by questioning of the witness.
