The Court Proceeding on Rustavi2"s case is underway at the Tbilisi City Court. The only witness is being questioned. The expert from Levan Samkharauli National Forensics Bureau is being questioned. He estimated the cost of the broadcasting company according to 2006 conditions.

Shota Ivanishvili, a  head of the Financial Examination Department, says that he has not questioned the credibility of documents.  He also underlined that he had requested eight  different documents, but received just two.

He was asked, why he requested six other documents, if they were not needed, or why he decided to start examination without all documents, Shota Ivanashvili stated that even if he would  request, the claimant wouldn"t represent all documents.

Shota Ivanashvili said that he had ten days for writing a report, but it took just a day actually.

After the questioning the sides will be able to use the right of the  final speech  and remarks, after which the decision will be made.  Is expected that Judge Urtmelidze will  announce a decision later today.
