Trial against "Rustavi 2" will start at 11am - lawyers will file a motions

Rustavi 2 lawyers will continue today`s trial with debating speech. They will also file new motions today .

After that the parties have the right for making remarks and then the judge will leave for taking decision . Whether judge Urtmelidze will announce a decisiontoday or he will need several day for this will be clarified today at the end of teh process.

It is also unknown whether or not the judge will take decision on immediate enforcement.

Today"s hearing is scheduled for 11 o"clock.
