A hearing on Rustavi2"s case is underway at the City Court. The Respondent"s lawyers demanded to question Bidzina Ivanishvili and Irakli Okruashvili as witnesses. However, the judge refused to satisfy a motion.

According to the Lawyers both of them have repeatedly reiterated that they know what happened when Kibar Khalvashi sold his shares.

Kibar Khalvashi"s lawyer- Paata Salia states that this motion is absurd.
