" I am afraid that the Constitutional Court"s decision will  negatively affect business, banks , which will no longer be  able to  immediately enforce  a decision. This is bad decision for  transaction in general and a private sector," said Tea Tsulukiani. A Justice Minister commented on the decision of the Constitutional Court on Rustavi2"s lawsuit.

According to the Justice Minister  the decision is not alarming for the  executive power.

" With or without this decision Rustavi2 was and will be with us. Therefore the decision of Batumi Court will not make a difference,"- said tea Tsulukiani.
