A Director General of Rustavi2 commented on the decision of the Constitutional Court. Nika Gvaramia held a special briefing.

" The Constitutional Court has saved democracy in the country . A bribed Judge Urtmelidze lost a chance   to implement Bidzina Ivanishvili"s  main task - the attempt of a take over failed. We have enough time and legal recourses to fight for the company and stay here, do the busines, which we were doing .

We have fulfilled the main task - we protected voice of truth for our viewers.    From now everything depends on us too, because we can show everyone how we can fight with the government legally.

I would like to thank the  Constitutional Court first of all, which is the only functioning democratic institution in the country ,"- said Nika Gvaramia.
