Rustavi2 lawyers talked about unsubstantiation of Khalvashi`s claim

Tbilisi City Court continues the hearing of Rustavi 2 case.The lawyers are delivering debating speeches.

In thierclosing remarks the lawyers focused on unfounded points of Kibar Khalvashi"s lawsuit and noted that in terms of the logo and copyrights for international programs Khalvashi`s request was unreasonable and ungrounded. The lawyers assessed that part of the claim as "hilarious".

"Also groundless is Kibar Khalvashi`s demand for reimbursement of expenditures because, in the first place, Kibar Khalvashi"s property rights must be confirmed. The plaintiff has not present any evidence of the costs and incurred damage, "- says Rustavi 2`s lawyer, Dmitry Sadzaglishvili.

In turn, Kibar Khalvashi"s attorney speaks about old arguments . Paata Salia claimed that he had not heard anything new in attorneys` debating speech.
