Dimitri Dzagnidze, a lawyer of TV Sakartvelo stated that the legal basis for the claim were  undefined from the start of the process. According to him, Georgian  judiciary does not remember such slapstick discussions.

"This case has nothing to do with the restoration of damaged property. It is directed against  Rustavi 2,"- said Dzagnidze.

After the arguments both sides will be allowed to pronounce remarks. The Lawyers suggest that after this, a judge will take a decision.
