Zaza Bibilashvili addressed Judge Urtmelidze at the hearing at the City Court. he stated that the court shouldn"t accept the case- Khalvashi against Rustavi2.

"In fact, we are now in a circus. Everything want we"re discussing now is so obvious that it should be shameful for you to spend 37 hours on decision. There is nothing in this case except of Kibar Khalvashi"s announcements and a couple of papers,"- said Bibilashvili.
