Judge Urtmelidze made a decision on the case - Kibar Khalvashi against Rustavi2

Judge Urtmelidze announced his decision on the case- Kibar Khalvashi against Rustavi2 a few minutes ago. He has partly satisfied Khalvashi"s claim. Judge Urtmelidze assigned 100% of shares of Rustavi to Kibar Khalvashi. The judge rejected to satisfy Khalvashi"s request on copyrights.

At the moment Urtmelidze is explaining his decision.

A substantive discussion on the case started on October 19, first sitting was held on September 17.

According to judge Urtmelidze"s decision, a court proceeding was held several times a week.

In the most cases the Judge refused to satisfy motions of Rustavi2"s and TV Sakartveli"s lawyers.
