By judge Urtmelidze "s decision Khalvashi becomes 100% owner of "Rustavi 2"

Two out of seven requests of Kibar Khalvashi were satisfied; though these two requests were the subject of the major dispute. Urtmelidze also annuled purchase agreements signed in November-December 2006 between Khalvashi and the Companies Sakcement and Geotrans . Judge Urtmelidze managed to declare the plaintiff Khalvashi and his Panorama 100% owner of Rustavi 2 Ltd in 10 hearings only.

Rustavi 2 representatives and lawyers left the session in protest.

Defence lawyers still don"t know what legal norms Urtmelidze apllied to to justify his decision.

Khalvashi"s lawyer claim the essential requirements are satisfied, however, today"s decision may be appealed by the plaintif as well.

Despite the decision taken by Tamaz Urtmelidze, Kibar Khalvashi can not yet been considered the owner of Rustavi-2 To enter into force the decision has to undergo two more instances.The change of the data in the registery can only be made after the announcement of Appeal and Supreme Court decisions.
