The Rustavi-2 lawyers are planning to appeal the court`s decision. According to them, they will appeal the higher instance as soon as they receive the substantiated decision .

Judge satisfied two out of Kibar Khalvashi`s seven claims giving to Khalvashi 100 percent of Rustavi 2 shares .

Despite this decision, according to the lawyers, Kibar Khalvashi will not be considered the station"s owner until a similar decision is taken by a higher instance.
