The third sector responds to the court decision on Rustavi 2 case in favor of Kibar Khalvashi. NGOs hope that the decision of the higher instances will not raise further questions.

Founder of the Reforms Association,Ellen Khoshtaria estimates that the government has decided to withdraw from the legal field and to communicate with the public and television by illegal means.

"This process has no legitimacy neither inside nor outside the country," - said Helen Khoshtaria.

NGOs believe that it is particularly important that at this stage there is no immediate threat of execution.
