David Narmania appologized to citizens for the inconvenience that the residents experience when moving in the capital"s streets . David Narmania spoke about the responcibility of the road companies, which won the tender announced by the City Hall. Among them is the company Msheni arena, which is owned by Shalva Giorgadze who was the Deputy Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs. Today, the director of the company is his brother, Guram Giorgadze. It is not known whether Narmania"s criticism referred to the activity of this company as well.
