Kibar Khalvashi made a first comment on Judge Urtmelidze"s  verdict . According to him he won the case after the verdict of the first instance of the court, despite of the final result.

" I am a winner because methods of our struggle differ from Saakashvili"s methods, who misappropriated the property with terror and blackmail. We have addressed the civil methods of dispute ,"- said Kibar Khalvashi.
