Tamta Muradashvili, a lawyer of Rustavi2 commented on the legal aspects of Kibar Khalvashi"s announcements. She also assessed Paata Salia"s announcement, that he had not violated  a decision of the Constitutional Court.

" The norm, which was used by the Judge Urtmelidze on November 5 has different numbers in the Civil Procedural Code.  The norm against which Rustavi2"s lawyers had appealed and was suspended by the Constitutional Court  has different number, but these two norms are identical  and have the same  content,"- said Tamta Muradashvili.

Tamta Muradashvili explained that the constitutional complaint is directed with the  request  to expand the decision taken on November 2  on the norm, which was referred by Judge Urtmelidze in his decision made on November 5.
