" Decisions taken at night cause bad associations. I call on the Constitutional Court and the City Court not to get involved in politicization of the process. This should be a legal issue, it should not be a matter of redistribution of instruments between the former and the current authorities. The processes become threatening. The government does not need such efforts from the judges like Urtmelidze. We don"t need the Judges who may be controlled,"- said Davit Berdzenishvili.

Levan Berdzenishvili"s position is different. He believes that the proceedings remain in the legal frames.
