Janos Herman, a head of the European Union Delegation to Georgia spoke about the political background of the Judge UIrtmelidze"s decision .

" We fully respect the court , however, we see how the case of Rustavi2 develops, it has a serious political context. First of all the attitude towards media pluralism and media independence will  impact Georgia"s political image.  so we are closely watching the developments ,"- said Janos Herman.
