Tea Tsulikiani, the Minister of Justice comments on the decision of the National Agency of Public Registry to register Tamaz Urtmelidze"s ruling regarding to temporary managers of Rustavi2.

The Justice Minister claims that the ruling of Judge Urtmelidze was received for the registry in the morning and not at night as some politicians and representatives of International community state. 

" NAPR has received this yesterday, November 5 at 16:00. It was published after 18:00 pm, because we were not going to hide it.

This morning, the Public Registry enforced the ruling. This is a  mid-term, temporary decision and as the temporary managers of the private company Davit Dvali and Revaz Sakhevarishvili were appointed. This is a temporary decision,"- Tea Tsulukiani said.

She also commented on the announcement of the US Embassy to Georgia.

" I would like to friendly ask the US Embassy in Georgia to explain what means  " developments late Thursday night related to Rustavi 2 " and show me the document or procedure implemented late at night.  I am waiting for an answer,"- Tea Tsulukiani said.
