A parliament appealed to the Constitutional Court to recuse two out of three judges on the case of Rustavi2.

The parliament states that the reason is simple- they don"t trust judges- Konstantine Vardzelashvili and Maia Kopaleishvili, because they had a working relationship with Rustavi2"s management,

In the motion is not mentioned that Maia Kopaleishvili was Davit Usupashvilis employee for five years and Konstantine Vardzelashvili was a deputy director of the fund Cartu for one year.

The parliament sent a motion by e-mail. The First Chamber of the Court will start to o study the document in the near future.
